How do you clean the dispensers and insulators?

We suggest washing them with dish soap and a soft cloth. Microfiber cloths work great as they won’t scratch the acrylic plastic. Let them fully dry out before using them again or placing them into storage.

We take great care in ensuring that our dispensers are durable. By using an insulator over your dispenser every time you travel, you are protecting your investment. If you clean them regularly, don’t be surprised that they will look brand new after 5+ years of frequent use!

We designed our dispensers with curved edges so there is only one seam. We also use a special process to melt the acrylic together, rather than use glue. With glued seams, you run the risk of developing a leak or even mold with frequent use.

Carefully. While they are made to last for years, the acrylic can be scratched during transport if not properly secured. Our insulators don’t just keep your beverages cold, they also act as protection for your dispensers when you travel.

With our dispenser strainer, we’ve never had one of our spigots clog up. The strainer keeps fruit and ice from being in contact directly with the spigot. If it does happen, you can easily unscrew the handle of the spigot and it will clear itself out.

Use

Who has used your dispensers?

Our dispensers have been used by concession vendors around the U.S. We’ve spotted them at the Minnesota State Fair, Nebraska State Fair, Cheyenne Frontier Days, the Houston Stock Show, Clark County Fair near Las Vegas, at art festivals, rock concerts, and more!

We suggest customers sell beverages such as: lemonade, punch, tea, water, or infused water. While the dispensers could hold carbonated beverages, they are not built to maintain the carbonation.

Each dispenser will hold 14 gallons of your beverage of choice — you won’t have to constantly refill them, even when you’re busy.

The dispenser on its own weighs 23 pounds. When the dispenser is totally full with your beverage, ice, and fruit garnishes, it could weigh over 100 pounds.

Graphics

Once I install my descriptive graphic, will I be able to move it around on the dispenser?

Our graphics come with a high-quality adhesive on them so that they are ready to install right away. The adhesive is strong, so once you put them on the dispenser, they aren’t going to move around.

Investment

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is approximately $60 per dispenser. Our graphics, insulators, and replacement parts ship for free with the purchase of a beverage dispenser.

The unit will be shipped via UPS Ground from western Nebraska within 2-4 business days of payment clearing. They are wrapped in a thick bubble wrap and shipped in a double-walled cardboard box to prevent damages during transport.

If you plan to get into the concession business, you’re going to want to invest in a high-quality product that will last you for years. Take care of your dispensers and you will only have to invest in them once. Plus, our customers have told us that the dispenser pays for itself after only one event.
